Farm

A decade ago our large animal work was almost exclusively traditional farm animals; cattle, sheep and pigs. Now it includes: South American Camelids, Llamas and Alpacas are a growing part of our farm animal business. We have a particular interest in a rational scientific approach to parasite control.

Rare Breeds

This branch of farming is closely allied to the zoo work that Rob enjoys. Preserving British breeds of cattle, sheep, goats, pigs and horses. Reintroducing rare breeds such as Bison, Otters etc.

Poultry

We can help with preventative medicine and treatment from backyard flocks, show birds and commercial units. Rob is happy to discuss flock health programmes for poultry and game birds and carries out faecal tests for parasites and post mortem examinations in-house.

Game Birds

Changes in supply of medicines for game birds have made preventative health even more important. We can respond quickly to problems and perform post-mortems and a lot of the diagnostic laboratory work in-house.

We mainly offer our services only to UK residents except in the case of exotic and zoo animals
