Rob Reynolds grew up in Zimbabwe and trained to be a vet in South Africa. He came over to England in 1989 and bought Seers Croft in 1990 when it was a single man practice. He took his Zoological Certificate back in 2000. Rob loves all aspects of veterinary work ranging from cattle to hamsters but he has always had a special interest in wild and exotic animals. Outside of work Rob loves spending time with his family and gardening.

Dan Andrews qualified from the Royal Veterinary college in 1997. He joined Seers Croft the same year. Several years ago he has completed his Royal college certification in cardiology and small animal internal medicine and became a partner in the business. He lives with his wife and 2 children. His main interest outside veterinary medicine, is magic.

Leanne graduated from Glasgow University in 2012. She went on to work in Suffolk at a mixed practice for two and a half years. She has her own cat called Cheeto and in her spare time she loves to play hockey. Until her veterinary career took over, she competed to a high level show jumping in Ireland.

Dawn Meadows graduated in 2009 and joined Seers Croft in 2012. She spent a year working as a vet in New Zealand but is enjoying living back in England close to the Surrey hills. She has a black Labrador called Molly and is a keen runner and cyclist. She has a particular interest in orthopedics and is studying for a certificate in small animal surgery.

Val comes from Northern Ireland and has worked throughout the UK, she was previously a senior vet at PDSA Belfast and joined Seers Croft in December 2015, where she is now an established member of the team. She is currently working towards a certificate in medicine and diagnostic imaging. In her spare time she enjoys running and windsurfing.

Zoe graduated from Liverpool university in 2011, since then she has worked in small animal practices in Kent and West Sussex. Zoe has a pet cat called Hypatia and two daughters called Chloe and Ella. Ella is only 1, so her hobbies mainly include looking after the girls but in her free time she loves to cook and swim.

Rachel Bowron qualified as a vet in 1996 and has worked in several small animal practices in Surrey, West Sussex and Kent. She has been Seers Croft’s Saturday vet since 2009, dealing with routine appointments and emergency cases. Rachel lives in Crawley with her husband, son, daughter and two young cats. Outside of work she is a school governor and enjoys gardening and ballet.

Jeremy Edwards qualified in 1984 and is interested in all aspects of small animal practice especially Emergency and Critical Care work. He has six children and a whippet called ‘Dottie’. Jeremy works in our Night Clinic and during the day enjoys playing golf and researching the world’s craft beers.

Hayley helped out at Seers Croft for two years prior to joining us as a vet. She graduated from The Royal Veterinary College in 2016. In her spare time she enjoy’s long distance running and archery. Areas of interest are small ruminants (sheep and goats!) and exotics, particularly birds and tortoises. Hayley has four very elderly pet degus’ and is looking forward to getting a dog to keep her company when running!

Lily graduated from The Royal Veterinary College in 2016. She enjoys working with all species, with a particular interest in farm animals, horses and donkeys and exotics. Lily grew up in Brighton and is delighted to now be in the South Downs area where she enjoys horse riding and dog walking.
